We’ve opened up our poker tables and we hope you’ll stay and play awhile.

We opened TouchPoker.com, in response to a December 2011 U.S. Department of Justice opinion that sparked renewed prospects for the development of online, intrastate poker in the United States and we intend to seek a license for intrastate full on, legal online poker.

But, for now, TouchPoker.com is a for-entertainment-only site, legal for all users, including those in the United States.
